The CHROMOLOGY print, incorporating nearly 2000 colour shades and colour names, is an ode to colour with each individual shade named by Kitty and her extended network of friends, collaborators and customers. Ten years in, it is a symbol of the countless people that come together to make a fashion brand work- “It takes a village.”

Kitty Joseph Rental Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Kitty Joseph’s rental service! We’re thrilled to provide you with some joyous colour, and conversation starting looks for your special occasions. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking. By renting from us, you agree to the below terms.
*Currently we are offering rentals to our UK customers only. If you are outside of the UK please email info@kittyjoseph.com to discuss the possibility of booking and logistics.*
1. Rental Period
- The rental period begins on the start date, when you receive your item on a before 1pm signed for Royal Mail Delivery.
- The rental must be booked by the customer at least 48 hours prior to the start date.
- The end date is the day on which the item/s must be returned by the customer via a Royal Mail Special Delivery Service to Kitty Joseph HQ to avoid late fees.
- If the end date falls on a Sunday, then the item must be returned the next day (Monday)
2. Rental Fees
- The rental fee includes the cost of the item for the agreed rental period.
- All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
3. Delivery and Return
- Delivery: Items will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- The customer must ensure that they are home to receive and sign for the item on the start date. We cannot offer refunds on rentals not received by the customer, due to them not being at home to receive them.
- Return: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items on a Royal Mail Special delivery service to Kitty Joseph HQ. An envelope with the return address will be provided for ease.
- Customers must retain the tracking number for proof of return postage, and provide it to us if requested. If the item goes missing and you cannot provide proof of shipping and tracking, you will be charged the full retail value of the item.
4. Late Returns
- A late fee of 1.5 times the value of the daily rental fee, per late day, will be charged for items not returned by the agreed return date.
- If items are not returned within 7 days after the return date, the full retail value of the item will be charged to the customer.
5. Condition of Items
- Customers are responsible for returning items in a good state.
- Damages such as stains, tears, or missing parts may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
- Customers must not wash the items - we do that to our end. Simply return after wear.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Please note we do not offer refunds on rental items once booked and paid for.
- Refunds for early returns are not available.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure proper care of the rented item(s).
- Items must not be altered, washed, or repaired by the customer.
8. Liability
- Kitty Joseph is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the use of rented items.
9. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to process your rental and communicate necessary updates. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
