RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 
Please note: as we are a small independent business, we ask that you consider carefully before your purchase. If you have any doubts or questions at all around sizing and product details, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly team at studio@kittyjoseph.com for support.

MAINLINE PRODUCTS 

If you are not fully happy with the goods in your Kitty Joseph order, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. In order for returns/ exchanges to be processed, items must be in their original condition and must not have been washed, worn or damaged. Please note we do not provide free returns shipping.

 Please email studio@kittyjoseph.com to organise a return or exchange. We will then provide you with the appropriate address to return the item/s to. All returns/exchange packages must be on a tracked and insured service. Please provide us with the tracking once dispatched.

  Please do not send back without emailing us first. By emailing to request return or exchange, we can safely track and manage your return successfully.

 If your exchange item is less the value of the original, we will issue a credit note for the difference.

Please note products from Floor_Story and Stringberry are third party collaboration products. Returns and exchanges are handled by them separately.
