ABOUT SOPHIA

We first met Sophia Cook and her family when they took part in the KITTY JOSEPH - 'CHROMANTICS' fashion show at Greenwich Peninsula back in 2021 (also Styled by Kim Howells). It was a multigenerational celebration of joy, togetherness and colour just as we all emerged out of a long period of lockdown. We've long followed Sophia for her joyful, intelligent and uplifting storytelling, celebrating mid-life, motherhood, style and featuring Sophia's beautiful photography.

Be sure to check out Sophia’s “Sooner or Later” irl events series, aimed at gently shifting connections made online to even more fulfilling offline get togethers.

In Sophia’s words: “Sooner or Later is the space I’m creating for people of any gender navigating life and change, often on an unconventional timeline. It was born from my own experience of becoming a mum and changing careers at 40, learning to drive in my 40s, and continuing to figure it out as I go. We’re often sold the idea that midlife should be a time of certainty but for many of us, it’s the start of reinvention. This series invites others to explore that idea together." Follow Sophia below for news around her new podcast and Sooner Or Later events series…
